树脂与活性炭吸附油气的实验研究
Experimental study on adsorption of oil vapor by adsorption resin and activated carbon

Abstract
The performance of adsorbents plays a decisive role in the adsorption separation of gasoline vapor-air mixtures. A static adsorption experiment was designed to investigate the static properties of adsorption and desorption of adsorption resin or activated carbon to gasoline vapor at room temperature, respectively, and the rate of adsorption and desorption of them was compared. The results showed that the adsorption rate of adsorption resin was higher and adsorption resin was easier to be desorbed. Another dynamic adsorption experiment was also designed to investigate the adsorption breakthrough curve and heat effect during gasoline vapor passing through the fixed bed of activated carbon or adsorption resin, respectively. The results showed that the breakthrough time of adsorption resin was longer and its heat effect was lower. Meanwhile, the breakthrough cure of adsorption resin was well numerically simulated by Yoon-Nelson' s model, which is useful for the design of adsorption resin adsorption tower.关键词
