摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the clinical significance of nasal endoscope in zygomatic fracture. [Methods] 18 cases of zygomatic fractures were fixed under the nasal endoscope through the mouth and skin incision . [Results] All 18 patients had no obvious facial skin scar and facial paralysis symptoms, up 3 to 6 months, the occlusion and mouth opening were normal, except a person of local facial appearance was slightly swollen, the other recovered satisfactorily. [Conclusion] Endoscopic-assisted treatment of zygomatic fractures with injury, quick recovery, less complication and reached the "restoration of function and appearance into account" requirement.关键词
