Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy (RLU) and transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy (URL) for complicated upper ureteral calculi. [Methods] 82 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 39 cases were treated by RLU, 43 cases were treated by URL. [Results] The average operation time, postoperative complication rate and one month postoperative stone free rate was (85.1±20.2) minutes versus (27.5±15.3) minutes, 2.56% (1/39) versus 18.60% (8/43) and 100% (39/39) versus 83.72% (36/43), in RLU group and URL group respectively. [Conclusions] RLU has higher postoperative stone free rate and less postoperative complication than URL, which is suitable for complicated upper ureteral calculi.关键词
