摘要
Abstract
Objective Discuss the deep mechanism of supplementing Ying-wei against skin aging according to the influence of supplementing Ying -wei to aging skin. Methods The mice were given subcutaneouly injections daily with the dose of D-galactose 120mg/(kg*d) in the skin. Using immuneohistochemical methods and image analysis system to evaluate the expression of tissue type plasminogen activator (tPA) in aging skin. Results After the model.tPA expression level increased significantly.and compared with the other groups there are statistically significant(P<0.01).The tPA levels in the supplementing Ying-wei groups increased.and compared with the model group there are statistically significant (P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in high.middle and low dose groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Supplementing Ying-wei can delay skin aging. Supplementing Ying-wei improved ageing skin condition by reduced the tPA aimproved breed.关键词
