几株益生乳杆菌耐药性的研究
Study on antibiotic resistance of probiotic lactobacillus
摘要
Abstract
In this study, the antibiotic sensitivity of probiotic lactobacillus (Lactobacillus pentosus, Lactobacillus helveticus and Lactobacillus casei) to 11 kinds of antibiotics is tested by antibiotic susceptibility test discs. The results show that each strain is resistant to more than 3 kinds of antibiotics. The tetM.tetS and tetW genes related to tetracycline resistance of Lactobacillus pentosus LP-B are discussed. However, the genes are not found in the genomic DNA of Lactobacillus pentosus LP-B. So the characterisation and transferability of antibiotic resistance genes is yet to be studied.关键词
