摘要

Abstract

There are many methods such as liquid double phase, density gradient, sediment, bio-physics separation and so on, frequently used to isolate and purify the protein crystal from bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). However, these methods have their own defects as well as advantages. In this paper, the isolation cost, the equipment, the purity, the output and the activity were considered. Three improvements on ultrasonic wave process, suspension liquid preparation and ultraviolet ray radiation were made. Thus, a new method to separate crystal protein from Bt was set up. This technology has a characteristic of low cost, simple operation and high application. The production ratio is improved from 20% to 28% with the product purity of 90%.
