Genetic Transformation of Sweet Potato and Progress in Antiviral Transgenic Sweet Potato
摘要
Abstract
Virus disease is a severe constraint in sweet potato production. Traditional breeding for disease resistance can not meet the requirement of production, due to lack of resistant material and demand for long breeding cycle. The development of transgenic technology provides a new way for breeding of antiviral sweet potato. This paper reviews recent research progress of genetic transformation and antiviral gene engineering of sweet potato.关键词
