The Usage of Phage Display Technique in Mycotoxins Detection
摘要
Abstract
Mycotoxins are serviously harmfull to animal and human kinds,which have been one of the key indexes of quality monitor of food, agricultural commodities, feedstuffs. It is peril for checker in the detection of mycotoxins,and it is necessary to develop a new method for mycotoxins determination safely. Phage display is a exquisite biotechnology,which has a great capacity for segregating peptide. The development and function in screening mimicking epitope of mycotoxins of phage display and the usage of mimicking epitope in mycotoxins detection were reviewed,and the future of the mimicking epitope was looked into.关键词
