摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes the concept of the water pollution in view, points out that the apparent pollution of water is the phenomenon of people' s unhappy senses caused by certain features of water. Characterization of black-odor water methods, sums up a variety of Thresholds and Index relationships which are used to distinguish black-odor water from not, compares and points out that the shortage of the methods. Clear that it is necessary to establish a scientific objective and stable characterization method of Surface Water Pollution in View.关键词
