摘要

Abstract

Implementation of Design Code for High Speed Railways and other related standards, experience and lessons in the construction of domestic and foreign electric power supply projects of high speed railways affected the formulation of the Guidelines to Construction Technology of High-speed Railway Traction Power Supply Projects. The paper explains the following points concerning the Guidelines; main innovation realm, main methodology and successful experience, the basis, ideas, background and related requirements for the formulation of the important articles of the Guidelines, notices to the implementation of the Guidelines, main differences between the Guidelines and Guide to Construction Technology of Electric Power Supply for Passenger Deddicated Railways such as: precise engineering surveying techniques, plane and straight degree of contact lines, assembling curve of tension cable central anchoring cord etc.
