Model Analysis of Three-dimensional Octagon Ring-type Dynamometer for Friction Stir Welding
摘要
Abstract
Based on the finite element analysis theory, Lanczos module of the ANSYS10.0 finite element analysis software is used to make model analysis of the octagon ring-type dynamometer, which is designed for the friction stir welding. Firstly .this paper gets its model analytical calculation of the finite element,extracts its first 12 orders' vibration frequencies,and obtains their corresponding vibration models. It also analyzes each order mode,and summarizes the characteristics of the octagon ring-type dynamometer of its structural optimization design and some problems in the operation, which should be paid attention to,and also provides some theory basis for its further dynamics analysis.关键词
