摘要

Abstract

Fatigue fracture usually makes cylindrical helical spring invalidated. It needs to find the maximum stress and the its location in order to avoid the invalidation. This paper firstly create a cylindrical helical spring's model in SolidWorks.and adds the plates in both sides to assure that the load could be applied in the analyzing process and then uses FEA software Ansys workbench to determine cylindrical helical spring' s stress distribution accurately. Based on traditional method, the maximum stress appearing in the inside of the spring is verified.
