阳离子氟代聚丙烯酸酯皮革防水剂整理工艺的优化
Processing Optimization of Cationic Fluorinated Polyacrylate Leather Water-repellent Agent

Abstract
Processing technology of wet blue goat leather was optimized using a novel cationic fluorinated polyacrylate (PCFBA) as water repellent agent and static contact angles (Cas) on the crust leather surfaces as examining index. Also extent of fiber opening-up and physical-mechanical properties of the experimental and control crust leather were investigated using scanning electron microscopy ( SEM). Results show that a favorable processing technology is obtained in which dosage of PCFBA, treating time and liquor temperature are used as 6% , 60 min and 30 °C , individually. Cas of the grain layer and flesh layer of the treated crust leather can attain 131° and 138°, respectively and it also has good resistance to dry cleaning. Performances of the experimental crust leather are on par with the control, in particular, extent of fiber opening-up and softness of the experimental crust leather are better than those of the control.关键词
