STUDY ON ANALYSING INTERNET USER BEHAVIOUR BASED ON PROXY

Abstract
During the intellectualisation of Internet, the analysis of Internet user behaviour is a necessary work. In this paper we log HTTP requests sent by the Internet users to construct a database of user behaviour log by setting up a network proxy. The user behaviour logs are filtered and clustered according to the characteristics of Web access to scale down the data size. Finally, the open directory project (ODP) is utilised to conduct sorted statistics on user behaviours, the Web access records of users without semantic information are transformed to statistical histograms representing users' preferences. The analysis result can be used to personal recommendation of Internet information, such as news, commodity and advertisements, which has high business value.关键词
