摘要

Abstract

Based on the software of Workbench,fatigue simulation of riveting is carried out. The results show the location of fatigue fracture appears on the two sides of the rivet hole,where the stress is concentrated, and its Mises equivalent stress is also the largest, and this result is almost the same as that of fatigue test. Under higher loading, the fatigue life is almost no difference between fatigue simulation and fatigue test, but under lower loading simulation fatigue life is lower than the fatigue test life. On the whole, fatigue simulation analysis based on Workbench can be used to accurately simulate the fatigue test of riveting, and we can trust this way if we can't support the test for some reasons.
