摘要

Abstract

Three dimension heat transfer model is built based on FLUENT. By changing heat flux on external circular surface and rotation speed of the grinding wheel,the temperature field contour maps of the heatpipe grinding wheel are obtained. The analysis of the influence of the heated zone on the heat exchange is conducted. The results show that higher heat flux causes higher temperature on external circular surface of the grinding wheel. With certain parameters of the cooling section,the temperature on external circular surface may be decreased by enhancing the rotation speed.
