148例支气管结核内镜介入治疗疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
[Objectives] To assess the efficacy of hybrid interventional bronchoscopic techniques in treating en-dobronchial tuberculosis. [Methods] In this retrospective study we analyzed the clinical effects of 148 endo-bronchial tuberculosis patients combined with pulmonary tuberculosis who were diagnosed by bronchoscope and treated with hybrid interventional bronchoscopy from May 2007 to October 2009 in Jiangxi Chest Hospital. [Result] Through hybrid interventional bronchoscopy 118 of 148 patients (80%) had definite effect and 24 of 148 patients (16%) with improvement of clinical pulmonary signs or symptoms. The effective rate is 96%. [Conclusion] Hybrid interventional bronchoscopy is an effective method of treating endobronchial tuberculosis patients combined with pulmonary tuberculosis.关键词
