摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the neural endoscopic surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). [Methods] From May 2007 to May 2010, 22 patients of HICH in this hospital underwent endoscopic management, the therapeutic effect of the management was analyzed retrospectively. [Results] 20 patients were nearly completely removed of hematoma, of 2 cases were the most clear; The prognosis of 22 patients for: I level 8 cases, II level 7 cases, M level 2 cases, IV level 2 cases, V level 3 cases (both death), 13.6 percent mortality rate. [Conclusions] Nerve endoscopic surgery with minimally invasive brain hematoma cleared, time saving, and euthyphoria in treatment of HICH cases are safe and effective minimally invasive treatment method.关键词
