基于综合集成服务平台的动态水资源配置规划
Application of dynamic water allocation planning based on comprehensive integrated service platform
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the traditional water resources rational allocation model problems that lack commonality, operational difference and not easy to promote operational in the practical application, dynamic water allocation planning model using an comprehensive integrated service platform was researched. A dynamic framework of water resources planning model based on subject classification was established, the main decision-making information, water resources evaluation and development utilization, made the water system to network diagram so that water resources rational allocation combined with the rules and water users configure. At last, the rational allocation planning model established can be a variety of balance and potential analysis based on comprehensive integrated service platform. The results show that the dynamic water allocation planning model has the advantages of opera-bility and interoperability.关键词
