摘要

Abstract

Modern radar has higher requirements of the application of the geographic information and terrain data. This paper researches the integration of GIS into the display and control system of radar. As one of the main interfaces of man-machine interaction of radar, the display and control system must have the essential graphical label function and provides the display function of background maps, flight courses and flight lines based on geographic information. Also it provides the users with three-dimensional display of terrain, terrain modification and the display functions of mask angles, target visibility and detection coverage diagram for assistant decision-making. Because only basic GIS functions are needed, we suggest that a simple GIS can be developed independently.
