摘要

Abstract

C-band T/R module is one of the key units in the phased-array radar or SAR that detects, tracks and images sea targets. This paper introduces the theoretical analysis, design method and basic structure of one kind of C-band 20 W T/R module based on multichip module (MCM) technology and low temperature cofired ceramic(LTCC) substrate. Comprehensive analysis is conducted on cavity offect, power combining , transmit and receive channels, LTCC design and micropackage technology. The final testing results are given. The T/R module has such characteristics as high output power, high consistency, and high efficiency.
