Abstract
[Objective] To explore the clinical outcomes of classic intrafascial semm hysterectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH). [Methods] By comparing the complications, time, blood loss, time of gas passage by anus postoperation, length of hospital between 45 patients with CISH (test group) and 43 patients with TAH (controlled group) in our hospital during January2008 and May2010. [Results] Compared with TAH, patients with CISH had obviously lower incidence rate of complication less surgery time, less blood loss, earlier gas passage by anus postoperation, as well as faster recovery. [ Conclusions ] CISH is of small wound and fast recovery.关键词
