摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss initially feasibility and efficacy of implanting stent after non-plan tracheal intubation in complicated stenosis of central airway. [ Methods ] After controlling the respiratory failure in the patients of complicated stenosis of central airway by non-plan tracheal intubation, implanting inner stents by the appropriate manner, then retreating the ventilator and pulling out the intubation tube. [Results] The stents was implanted successfully, airway was expanded well, respiratory failure was controlled, and dyspnoea was improved. [Conclusions] Implanting stent after non-plan tracheal intubation in complicated stenosis of central airway is feasible, the operation is simple and safe, the effect in the near future is reliable, and it can be a complementary method of implanting inner stent in special cases.关键词
