Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of PDGF-BB and ATRA on the differentiation of BM-MSCs into glomerular mesangial-like cells in vitro. Methods BM-MSCs were cultured using PDGF-BB and ATRA, and immunocytochemistry and Real-time RT-PCR were used to detect the specific proteins and genes. Results The results showed that the add of PDGF-BB and ATRA in induced medium resulted in MSCs differentiation into mesangial lineage, as indicated by a remarkable alteration in morphology, the up-regulation of specific cytoskeletal proteins and genes. Conclusion PDGF-BB and ATRA are required to induce mesangial differentiation of BM-MSCs.关键词
