摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical experience of using the trefoil local flap to repair maxillofacial soft tissue defects. Methods 56 patients with large area of maxillofacial soft tissue wounds caused by various reasons were cured with trefoil local flaps. Results After 72 hours, the flap may lead to mild venous disorders such as local subcutaneous ecchymosis, mild edema and their recovery are within 1 week. Flap survived well in all cases.the function and appearance after the repair were satisfactory and the scar is not obvious. Conclusion As long as the flap donor site is in good condition.the application trefoil larger flap to repair maxillofacial soft tissue defects is a effective.safe and reliable method.关键词
