The Ground Surface Subsidence Control in the Pile Foundation Construction of Guanghua Road Station on Beijing Metro Line 10

Abstract
Based on the engineering background of Guanghua Road Station on Beijing Metro Line 10, this paper mainly concentrates on the culvert pile method's relevant situation, builds a relatively accurate three dimension virtual calculation model using the great finite element software ANSYS. Study was conducted on the stress change of pile foundation, stress-displacement change of the surrounding soil mass and ground surface subsidence in the course of culvert pile method construction. The results indicate that, firstly, the total surface subsidence during the whole construction process of the culvert pile method is 14. 8 mm. It means that qualified pile foundation can control the ground surface subsidence under 30 mm which meets the requirement of standard. Secondly, the surface subsidence during the excavation stage of upper arch soil mass is 6. 7 mm, which takes 45% of the total surface subsidence. It means that the excavation of arch soil mass is the key stage of the whole construction process. Thirdly, the grade and betimes of vault pipe-shed advance support should be heightened, and effective measures should be taken to pre-re-inforce or pre-support the vault soil mass during construction, which can effectively control ground surface subsidence and ensure construction safety.关键词
