Abstract
There are no established diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovarian syndrome ( PCOS) in adolescents. It will be over diagnosed and thus led to over treatment and created a psychological pressure to the girls and their parents if we copy the adult PCOS diagnostic criteria. But not to diagnose PCOS in adolescents does not mean without treatment. Symptoms like irregular period, androgen excess and metabolic disorders should be treated personally.关键词
