生长激素改善冻融胚胎移植周期结局的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the recombinant human growth hormone (CH) on endometrial receptivity of patient in frozen embryo transfer( FET) cycles. Methods 114 patients canceled previous embryo transfer cycles for poor endometrial were randomly divided into two groups, the study group included use adoption introduction application utilization use adopt apply employ introduce utilize 62 cases treated with GH and aspirin, 52 cases as the control group were treated with aspirin. All patients planned to FET were prepared endometrial with hormone replacement and accepted the color Doppler ultrasound examination on the day before frozen embryo transfer. The endometrial Salle score, uterine hemodynamic parameters, the cycle rate canceled and the pregnancy outcome of FET were compared between two groups. Results There is statistically significant difference in the endometrial Salle score between the study group (15. 17 ± 2. 29) and the control group( 13. 99 ± 2. 65), The study group had the thicker endometrial, less protodiastolic notch and more endometrial blood flow. There is no statistically significant difference in the uterine artery pulsatility index , endometrial morphology, myometrial echogenicity ( P > 0. 05). There is statistically significant difference in the cycle cancellation rate (9. 68% vs. 16. 50% ) , implantation rate (27.71% vs. 15. 80% ) , pregnancy rate (50.00% vs. 28. 57% ) (P<0. 05). Conclusion GH could increase subendocardial perfusion,improve the endometrial receptivity, decrease the cancellation rate of the frozen embryo transfer cycle of some patients with poor endometrial condition and improve the pregnancy outcomes.关键词
