Abstract
Objective To investigate the differential expression of 14-3-3 proteins in platinum resistance and platinum sensitive ovarian cancer cell clones. Methods The proteins of C0C1 and C0C1/DDP were separated by highly sensitive two-dimensional differential gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) coupled with Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight (MALDI-TOF-MS) for the identification of protein differentially expressed in cisplatin sensitive and cisplatin resistance cell lines. Results We found a group of the distinct expressed proteins between C0C1 and C0C1/DDP. Among them, and 14-3-3£were the up regulated proteins ( 14-3-3<r up regulated 31%. Student's Mest;P=0. 0049; 14-3-3ζ up regulated 38%. Student's t-test;P =0. 0032). Conclusions The differential expression of 14-3-3proteins in C0C1/ DDP lays foundation for the research of ovarian cancer platinum resistance, and offers new therapy targets for them.关键词
