层状结构受电弓滑板材料配方的试验研究
Experimental Research on the Material Formula of Layered Structure Pantograph Slide Plate

Abstract
In order to determine the optimal raw material ratio of layered structure pantograph slide plate (LSPSP) , experiments were carried out on the formula design of LSPSP. The uniform design method was used to design test schemes and regression analysis was performed on the test results. The relationship between the ratio of carbon fiber, graphite, wollastonite, copper powder, copper fiber and LSPSP's property was studied. The results show that when the mass percentage of carbon fiber, graphite, wollastonite, copper powder and copper fiber is 16%, 11. 2%, 11. 2%, 2. 4% and 8% respectively, LSPSP has good comprehensive performances, and the performances meet the TB/T 1842. 2-2002 standards. Its resistivity and impact strength is 6. 28 jxfl ? M and 16. 04 kj ? M~2 respectively. Its resistivity is decreased by 47% and the impact strength is increased by 541% of the limits regulated in TB/T 1842. 2-2002 standards.关键词
