Test Research on the Transport of 1 000 MW Generator Stator by DQ45 Schnabel Car with End Shield Mode

Abstract

In order to ensure the safety for the transport of 1 000 MW generator stator by DQ45 schnabel car with end shield mode, the strength test was conducted on the end shield, the bolt connecting the end shield and the stator, and the pull rod. According to the technical parameters of DQ45 schnabel car, the structural characteristics and material properties of the end shield, the author puts forward the test process and test method. The test results indicate: for bolt, the average pre-tightening force is 375. 9 kN and the average pre-tightening stress is 419. 5 Mpa. The pre-tightening torque is determined for (3 400+100) N ? M. The maximum stress increment after close car loading is 53. 7 Mpa and the maximum synthetic stress on transportation is 480. 6 Mpa. As for pull rod, the maximum pre-tightening force is 2 825 kN and the maximum pre-tightening stress is 301. 3 Mpa. The pre-tightening force is determined for 2 815~2 825 kN. The maximum synthetic stress after close car loading is 363. 8 Mpa and the maximum synthetic stress on transportation is 376. 5 Mpa. On the ear plate R150 arc zone, the maximum synthetic stress after close car loading is 212. 0 Mpa and the maximum synthetic stress on transportation is 268.1 Mpa. On the earhole zone, the maximum synthetic stress after close car loading is 121. 7 Mpa and the maximum synthetic stress on transportation is 181. 2 Mpa. The synthetic stress of end shield major parts is in the corresponding materials allowable stress range, meeting the requirements of transportation safety.
