摘要

Abstract

With the development of microelectronic technique, the structure and function of electronic equipment becomes more and more complicated. This paper studies the methods of testability analysis and ant colony optimization algorithm to solve the sequential test problem based on multi-signal modeling methodology which is applied in order to make the equipment more supportable. The experiment shows the algorithm is feasible and valid which can make a new method to diagnose faults and validate the function for radar system.
