Abstract
The relevancy among the evaluation indexes, frequently occurring in the design of evaluation index can't be removed easily. To solve this problem, this paper describes the basic problems of the relevancy and the corresponding concepts. And then four relevancy forms and some relevancy types are proposed among the evaluation indexes. Finally, two different directions are discussed for solving the problem of the relevancy. The proposed approach provides a theoretical foundation to make the solutions of the relevancy more targeted关键词
