Abstract
In order to combine Internet technology and residential property management, and achieve organic combination of multiple information service, this article analyzes the business of some property management company based on the reality manual management This article adapts the modeling tools of Visio 2007, and combines the UML(Unified Modeling Language) theory to complete the functional analysis and design of property service system using case diagram, class diagram, state chart and sequence diagram, which provide the solid foundation for the following system realizatioa关键词
