Abstract
Bases on the study on the two fermentation technologies, which are Jerusalem artichoke liquid continuous fermentation and Jerusalem artichoke powder batch fermentation, the techno-e-conomic feasibilities of the two kinds of technologies has been analyzed, the strategy of distributed processing system was proposed. The eco-system of Jerusalem artichoke for fuel ethanol includes the four main producing processes that are planting, storage, crude ethanol production, refined ethanol production and byproduct utilization. The proposing of the strategy for comprehensive utilization of Jerusalem artichoke is expected to reduce the producing cost, and to realize the industrialization of Jerusalem artichoke for fuel ethanol production.关键词
