Abstract
AIM To observe the stability of cefrnenoxime hydrochloride for injection in 5% invert sugar injection. METHODS The appearance of the mixed solution was observed,and the number of particles and pH values of the mixed solution were detected. The content of cefmenoxime hydrochlorid was determined by dual-wavelength spectrotometry at 25℃ and 37℃ within 24 h. RESULTS There were no significant content changes occurred in mixed solution for cef-menoxime hydrochloride 6 h at 25℃. The pH values, appearances and number of particles of mixed solution were no significant change as well. But at 37℃ ,the content of cefinenoxime hydrochlorid was observed a reduction by 19.43% . The pH values and appearances of mixed solution were significant change. CONCLUSION The 5% invert sugar injection can be used as a kind of dilution for cefinenoxime hydrochloride for injection at 25℃ within 6 h, but special attention should be paid to the effect of temperature on mixed solution, especially in summer condition.关键词
