Abstract
[Objective] To summarize and analyze the important factors of treating the primary retroperitoneal tumors with laparoscope successfully. [Methods] The clinical information of 71 cases the primary retroperitoneal tumors were analyzed in Peking University Third Hospital from Apr. 1994 to Jun. 2010 retrospectively. The important factors of treating the primary retroperitoneal tumors with laparoscope successfully were analyzed. [Results] The incidence and cases of the primary retroperitoneal tumors is lower and fewer. The surgery is not a kind of common operation. Sixty-one cases underwent operation through open abdomen and ten cases through laparoscope selectively in sixteen years. [Conclusions] According to principle of benefiting the patients, the important factors of treating the primary retroperitoneal tumors with laparoscope successfully are the more experience of operation through open abdomen, fine laparoscopic technology and preoperation evaluation by image examination. The number of laparoscopic resection of primary retroperitoneal tumors would be more and more performed year by year.关键词
