Preparation and TLC Identification of Wanbile Gel
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the preparation technology and its quality control method for Wanbile Gel. Methods The main ingredients Daphne giraldii Nitsche, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cortex Cinnamomi, Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae and Herba Ly-copodiiin the formula were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC). Results Both the chief effective components of Wanbile Gel and the corresponding reference substances showed the identical discrimination reactions, however the characteristic dots were not shown in the negative control sample. Conclusion The preparation technology is proved to be rational and the TLC identification method is strongly sensitive with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Wanbile Gel.关键词
