摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Lamiophlomis Rotata. Methods The £9(3") orthogonal design was adopted to perform the experiment with the content of total flavonoids, shanzhiside methyl ester and 8 - 0 - acetyl shanzhiside methyl ester and the extraction rate as the detection indicators. Results The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 70% ethanol, extracting for three times, each time for 1. 5 h and 10 times the amount of solvent. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology of total flavonoids from Lamiophlomis Rotata is simple, time - saving, cost savings and suitable for industrial production.
