Abstract
Objective To understand the status of the drug use indicators of outpatient prescriptions in the community hospitals to promote the level of rational drug use. Methods Combing with the international standards of rational drug use recommended by WHO, the outpatient prescriptions in 2010 were sampled and 120 outpatients were investigated. Results In the prescription indicators, average 2.77 kinds of drugs were used per prescription, the use rate of generic names was 98. 52%, the use rate of basic drugs was 94. 76%, the use rates of antibiotics and injections were 38. 30% and 15. 57% respectively. In the patient care indicators, the average seeing - doctor time and the average drug dispensing time were 5. 84 min and 2. 12 min respectively, the practical drug dispensing rate was 90. 83%, the complete rate of drug instruction was 87. 64% , the rate of patient's correctly understanding drug use was 90. 15% , and the average drug costs for seeing - doctor was 80.48 Yuan. Conclusion Evaluating the rational drug use of outpatient prescriptions by the international indicators has operability and effectiveness. The level of rational drug use in community hospitals is lower, which needs to be increased.关键词
