摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influential factors of ventricular tachycardia/ventricular fibrillation (VT/VF) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Four hundread and fifty three patients with AMI were divided into VT/VF group and non-VT/VF group. The influential factors of VT/VF were analyzed in the two groups. Results Multivariable logistic regression analysis indicated that higher Killip class, abnormality of serum potassium, and extensive anterior infarction were the independent risk factors, while |3-blocker was the protective one. Conclusions VT/VF is one of the most serious complications of AMI.
