摘要
Abstract
Objective: To find a easy, safe and reliable examination way to confirm the position of coronary artery stenosis by multilayer Spiral CT(MSCT). Methods: The condition of coronary artery stenosis and stents was determined by advanced tools such as 320-slice MSCT or new DSCT. Results: This assessment and diagnosis of coronary diseases was more reliable because the great improvement of imaging by MSCT. The sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of stenosis over 50% reached 94% and 97%, respectively. Conclusion: Advanced MSCT is more suitable for the coronary diseases. It can be used for examination in the suspected cases of coronary diseases and diagnosis of coronary artery diseases.关键词
