摘要
Abstract
BACKGROUND: The SDF-1/CXCR4 axis system Is consisted of CXCR4 and stromal cell-derived factor -1 {SDF-1). TrieSDF-1/CXCR4 axis system plays an important tola in regeneration and repair of tissue and bone in;ury.OBJECTIVE: To investigate expression and significant of CXCR4 In rat Done tissue around Implants during early Implantation.METHODS: Twenty Wistar rats of 4 months old were selected and randomly divided Into implantation 6-, 12- and 24-hour groupsand blank control group with 5 mice in each group. Ail rats except Clank control group received anodicaHy oxidized implants In theiefl tibia. Rats were killed 6.12, 24 hours after implantation, the Implants were unscrewed, and bona tissues around implants wereprepared. 2 cm In diameter. For blank control group, 2 on proximal epaphysis bone tissues were prepared Then protein sampleswere then prepared.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: a large number of fibers could be seen on the anodized implant surface in each group, ths greyvalues of CXCFWp-actln were significantly higher in the implantation 6-. 12- and 24-hour groups than the blank control group (P>0.01). The expression of CXCR4 during the firs! 24 hours of implantation was obviously higher than that of the blankcontrol group,indicating that CXCR4 positive cells take part in the regeneration of bone tissue during early osseointegiation关键词
