补肺胶囊对肺气虚大鼠血清及大脑皮质单胺类神经递质的影响
Effects of Bufei Capsules on Levels of Monoamine Neurotransmitters in Serum and Cerebral Cortex of Rats with Lung-qi Deficiency

Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of norepinephrine (NE),dopamine (DA),and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in serum and cerebral cortex of rats with lung-qi deficiency,and observe the interventions of Bufei Capsules,a traditional Chinese prescription,in an attempt to elucidate the pathogenesis of lung-qi deficiency.Methods A total of 18 clean grade and healthy male Wistar rats were selected and averagely randomized into control group,model group,and intervention group. The model of lung-qi deficiency syndrome was induced by smoke stimulation combined with aerosol breathing of papain. The general status, especially breathing frequency,was observed in rats of the three groups. The levels of NE,DA, and 5-HT in serum and cerebral cortex were assayed using high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemistry.Results Two days after model-inducing and 14 days after intervention,respectively,the breathing frequency in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Fourteen days after intervention,the breathing frequency in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the model group at the same interval and that in the intervention group 2 days after model-inducing (P＜0. 01).As compared with those in the control group,the serum levels of DA and 5-HT were significantly increased in the model group ;while the levels of NE and 5-HT were significantly decreased in the cerebral cortex (P＜0. 05, or P＜0. 01),with a significantly increased levels of DA (P＜0. 05). As compared with those in the model group,the serum levels of NE were significantly increased in the intervention group (P＜0. 05) ,with a significantly decreased levels of DA (P＜0. 05) ;there were no significant changes in levels of NE,DA,and 5-HT in the cerebral cortex (P＞0. 05). Conclusion Some disorders exist in the levels of NE,DA and 5-HT in serum and cerebral cortex of rats with lung-qi deficiency, and the disorders can partly be intervened by qi-supplementing drugs.关键词
