Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified BFM - 90 protocol treatment on patients with T lymphoblastic lymphoma. Methods Thirty - six adult T lymphoblastic lymphoma patients, who were newly diag-nozed according to the REAL classification, were enrolled in the study. The efficacy and toxicity of the modified BFM - 90 regimen were analyzed. Results The median age of the 36 patients was 20 ( range from 15 ~ 55 years ). Mediastinum mass and bone marrow involvement were revealed in 26 and 22 patients, respectively. At the end of induction, 34 patients achieved CR or Cru and 2 achieved PR. The overall response rate was 100% . The median follow-up duration was 29. 5 months. After that, 12 cases of relapse and 8 deaths were observed. There was no death during the treatment. All patients presented Ⅲ/Ⅳ degree myelosuppression, but all of them recovered after treatment. Conclusion The modified BFM -90 is an effective protocol for the treatment of adult T lymphoblastic lymphoma.关键词
