食管鳞状细胞癌组织中RASSF1A蛋白的表达
Expression of RASSF1A protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue
摘要
Abstract
Aim: To investigate the expression of RASSF1A protein in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissue. Methods: The expression of RASSF1A in 245 cases of ESCC tissues (observed group) were compared with that in 201 cases of normal esophageal tissues (control group) by immunohistochemical techniques. Its correlation with age, sex,tumor ceil differftiation,lymph nodes metastasis,TNM stage,general classification,and five years survival rate of ESCC patients were analized. Results:Positive expression rate of RASSF1A was 73. \% in the control group,and normal expression rate of RASSF1A was 46.9% in the observed group(X2 = 31. 263 , P < 0. 001). The negative expression of RASSF1A were correlated with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage (X2 = 11.498,7. 912,P <0. 05) ,but not with age, sex, tumor cell differftiation and general classification (P>0. 05). The five years survival rate of ESCC patients with RASSF1A negative expression was lower than ESCC patients with RASSF1A positive expression. Conclusion: The negative expression of RASSF1A may play an important role in the malignant and progression of ESCC.关键词
