摘要

Abstract

Structure of motorized Spindle is explained and interference fit problem of the spindle roter and the spindle axis is analyzed. Comparison spindle static interference volume to spindle dynamic interference volume this paper had a theoretical research on the effect of the high speed electric spindle' s thermal deformation under the stable temperature field to the matching between the rotor and spindle. This paper propose to make the thermal deformation error compensation to the shrink range when designing to lay a better foundation to the hot tolerances matching theory being roundly proposed.
