摘要

Abstract

By using the finite element methods, we simulated the cutting process with the different cutting parameters. The simulation results satisfy the fact that the coating material could protect the cutter from dilapidation, and for the reason of thehigh cutting temperature during high speed cutting process,the rake face near the prime cutting edge is more likely to be worn by felt,oxidation and diffusion wear.
