摘要
Abstract
Ureteric calculi in pregnancy is harmless without complications. However, when complicated with inflammation or renal angina, it may induce spontaneous abortion and preterm delivery. Because of the physical changes of the mother and considerations of the fetal safety, it is different in diagnosing and treating ureteric calculi during pregnancy. Ultra-sonography remains the first choice of diagnosis. Expectant management is the first consideration.关键词
