Abstract
Trauma is the leading nonobstetrical cause of maternal mortality. Because of the special physiological changes during , with the consideration to fetus , which make the treatment of trauma a tough thing. However, the fetal safety directly depends on the mother's stability. So the emergency evaluationsand efforts should be toward resuscitation of pregnant woman,avoiding the disturbance from the conditions of the fetus.关键词
